We always charge fair and transparent prices for our work, comparable to other leading home renovation contractors. In fact, since we are a materials supplier in addition to a construction company, our prices may in many cases be better than our competition for similar quality and workmanship!
From the date of finalization of design and material choices, we guarantee a completion of time of two weeks for the removal of the previous kitchen contents and installation of our brand new materials, provided we don't run into any unexpected details in your kitchen that require additional attention. Any delays in this timeline will be factored into a reduction in the final price of the job.
Absolutely not! At Beamshyft Construction, we pride ourselves on our transparent pricing. In fact, there may be hidden discounts!
Like other construction companies and contractors, we require an initial deposit, however this will never be more than one third of the project's total cost and we offer flexible financing options. You will never pay the full balance of the renovation until you are 100% satisfied with our work!
